Contact and early-access links open your email application. If you send an email, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use this correspondence to answer your enquiry, coordinate a security report, or discuss Skinli early access.

Sending an early-access enquiry does not automatically create a Skinli account or enrol you in a paid subscription. Email delivery is handled by the email services involved in the conversation. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information you have provided, subject to those obligations.

The app has its own context.

This website does not collect skin photographs, run skin analysis, or store a skincare journal. Before you use Skinli’s app features, its product privacy information will explain the data involved, where it is processed, and the choices available to you.
